Disappointing client experience

I am a BMW customer, had 2 of my BMWs bought, financed, insured through them out of trust for the brand. My biggest nightmare started when they partnered with PSG insure, the Claims department reduce you to nothing and make you feel like you are at their mercy. i lost count of the number of calls i have made to them, and can count how many times they call me back. I have never been so disappointed from service perspective like I have been now. I cannot believe that such a strong brand as BMW can be associated with organisation.
