Customer Service Review

I would like to appreciate and commend the professional and compassionate customer service and experience I received from Phumzile Hlongwane Claims Consultant.

Not only did she calm me down after I called but listened, was patient and explained everything I need to know and how to proceed in making a claim. She additionally called to inform me that the claim was registered and the information I required to proceed.

A good customer service experience is hard to come by these days as such should be noted and acknowledged when it does.
