Claims/Recovery unwilling to do their job

I had a claim in May 2013 where a 3rd party drove into me. The 3rd party offered to pay in cash but I opted to have my insurer handle the process. The 3rd party's particulars was supp**** to PSG and I accepted that the case was sorted out.<br> <br> To my surprise when I tried to claim last year that they increased my excess without letting me know and they could not display proof that I have received the apparent letter because for some reason this was posted instead of emailed as what is my preference, even my broker was not aware of the increase in excess. They also increased my premium due to my claims ratio at least they informed me of this via email. When I enquired as to why they did not recover the money from the 3rd party the did not know why they didn't try and that was the only feedback I received on this matter. Up until today I have received no feedback if they reclaimed the money or even decided to try although I am penalized every month.<br> <br> Be careful of PSG
