claim not paid since february

CL ***<br> I am so disgusted by the service i experienced from PSG. My car was parked at my house and THEIR client reversed into me. I have had to run around get quotes and all documents. I have been inconvienced and this was not even my fault. I dealt with rude person teresa blokdyk who treats me as if i am inconviencing her/ I remind YOU that your client knocked me. THIS IS NOT THE SERVICE I EXPECT . i then am advised once claim finally captured by the only competent person in that company Martie. Thank GOD ppl her work there. I call MARIA from Santam who tells me my claim will take 30 days to get paid. MY car will rust by then. <br> <br> I need this resolved ASAP . I have advised them that i travel and that IT is important to have my car BUT NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE> i am now inconvienenced due to their processes.<br> <br> I need help. CAN A COMPETENT MANAGER CALL ME AND FIX THIS ASAP
