I just want to say I can't believe how I am treated as a 3rd party I was involved in a fender bender with one of there clients ( interior cabinets) from maitland number one I received a sms from psg insurance say I have to contact them to make payment arrangements for the damages on interior cabinets van and I contact them to say I was not the cause of the accident and I have the accident report say that the driver was wrong and there is a witness to state my innocents I email the lots of them no response and I call where there just ignore my calls afters 5 weeks I received a email with a claim number to get quotes when I get to a body shop where they need cash for a quotations when I call psg they say I have to pay for the quotations to proof my innocents and I told them I'm unemployed and they said and my understanding with that is when they choose a body shop they will get the money back from the quotations and not me and I when around it will cost me R1500 for 3 quotations when I was not the problem so they cheated lots of people in not repairing there property

Never received a apology or evening a call to make appointment to make arrangements nothing all they cate about is ro received your money that is the reason I hat Insurance
