BMW - PSG partnering useless
Since BMW Insurance partnered with PSG, it has been nothing but bad service, incompetence and bad administration. I have had my policy cancelled twice due to non-payment, even though there should be a debit order going off, the consultants do not log calls correctly and managers do not get back to people. I am fed up!
