BMW Insurance underwritten by PSG

BMW Insurance underwritten by PSG. I had really good service with BMW Insurance, until they moved to PSG. The last year has been HELL, to get them to do anything – firstly my excess was mixed up and I had to pay more and to get my car repaired was a nightmare – then when getting to the repair shop I had to wait for 4 hours to get the hire car as they had forgotten to order one! I requested paperwork for them as I need to log the expense and still waiting for the hire car paperwork and did not have the energy to constantly phone. Now that I have cancelled my insurance with them, they have still debited me and trying to get back my money is another nightmare – and the call center agent blamed me for phoning them too late! You phone them and get transferred from one to another and then the line gets cut, what a nightmare! BMW is such a good product but don’t take insurance with them PSG are the worst insurers!!!!
