<p>After hearing so many stories about insurance companies, I had prayed that I never get involved in a vehicle accident. In May, the horror happened, I got involved in an accident, which left my vehicle written off. Amidst all those fears and hearsays, Yolandi Swart, a Claims Consultant that PSG had allocated to me was very friendly and comforting. Explained everything to me, went through my contract, organized courtesy car and everything I needed to know, since it was my first accident ever.
