Begging for a copy of the Geyser damage form and 5 Year warrantee

26th May 2025 I wrote and requested a copy of my last Geyser damage claim form. Wrote directly to the company and also to the staff member Muneeba Benjamin who is the past assisted me. My reason was Simple the geyser no longer worked and I wanted to see if the 5 year warrantee was still valid!!! So the catch and I am not sure if this is opening a can of worms [ contract repairer' installers buy and install so the insured entity like myself dont get the purchase invioce to register the newly installed geyser on the manufacturers database. Hence my rely on the installer and insurer to retain such info. As of today I have not received a copy of the claimform to assertain the last loss date and if it falls withing this 5 years time period. I am not sure whatmore I can do to obtain this info so I can verify itt with the insurance company. Not sure if this is a delaying tactic or a mega ***** within the short term industry.
