bad service delivery

we have been clients of this insurance company for the past 14 years. recently we had water damage due to a water pipe that burst. This incident occurred as long ago as 24 January 2016. Yesterday the contractor came to do the repairs which did not include a new ceiling but only painting away the stains on the ceiling caused by the water damage. Surely this is not putting us in the same state as we were before the incident occurred. This is just a an interim measure as the paint will not cover the stains for very long.<br> <br> We need new ceilings to be installed and not the damage just painted away.<br> <br> I am complaining and nobody is attending to my complaints. I will always be called back which never happens. I am now really fed up with this bad service.
