Accident claim

I was involved in an accident on 8 december. My insurance is through absa at psg. Absa aughorised the towing of my car through FAM, but now there seems to be a problem that nobody at psg seems able to help me with????

It seems things are all being sorted – the correct stock number has been communicated. Brolink are now awaiting the assessors report. You will receive closure on the subject soon.
