Absolute horror show with PSG and Patricia de Leca

After being a loyal client for 10 years PSG cancelled my policy in May. No notification, no email, no call - I found out via an unpaid supplier oursourced by PSG in July that I now owe them the money!! I am in total shock. My "Portfolio Manager" wtih whom I have had endless drama with the last few years - Patricia de Leca - did not even know about cancellation and I had to notify her - she then said an sms was sent to a number that is not mine to notify me and tried to completely indemnify herself without any interest in solving the issue that was clearly a PSG and Patricia error. My actual cellno is listed under the wrong field on their system---well Ms de Leca, I didnt load my details onto your system. I am now without insurance - a claim that the supplier expects me to pay and lots of drama because of this company and persons ineffeciency, incomptance and lack of interest in service and their clients well-being. Incredibly dissapointing that you can pay a company 100s of 1000s, be loyal, basically never claim and get this level of interest and loyalty back. This is just my first complaint on Public Forum - I will keep going and ensuring that all know and dont step in the same trap as I did with this company.
