A A Insurance and PSG Insur are a no no
Don't go near this company. We submitted a claim in December, infoemed that the claim had been approved and then the work wasn't done. On inquiry the renaged on the approval and an *********** assessor was sent out and they have take 3 months to decide to reject the claim. They have treated us unfairly with horrific customer service.

22 Mar 2022, 14:38Our first claim was confused by the assessor and they repaired an old gutter which had been hanging for years and we had to fight to get the actual gutter in question repaired. They then made a mistake and removed all the gutters and wanted to leave asbestos on the property. They informed us that our roof claim had been approved and then only repaired the ceiling leaving the roof for 4 months! The leak happenedaat the same time as the gutter directly after a storm. Communication has been poor.
