9 months on and car is in a worse condition than before accident

Your assessor, Johnathann vd Westhuizen, insisted we keep taking the vehicle to Proline and Renew-It despite my extreme reservations. Had I taken it to Autobahn, we wouldn't be in this mess. Frankly, I think their paintwork and work on the braking system amounts to malicious damage as the car no longer looks like it used to or works as good as it used to. It seems like you are defending Proline and Renew-It at the expense of a customer.

You were unavailable on Friday because of a year-end and there was no skeleton staff. Your email directed me to Emergency Assist which is wholly unacceptable. You might as well have left no alternative number because they were completely unable to assist me. My mom was left stranded by you and basically told to make alternative arrangements with NO CONTACT DETAILS. I find the level of service from you to be appalling and wish to escalate the matter. Please advise who I can contact as the PSG website is not helpful at all.

This entire experience, since 17 March 2017, has been a complete nightmare. It's taken 9 months and my car is a mess. Stop passing the buck and try improving upon the minimal level of service I have received up to now.

I've sent the ID number as part of my complaint - the claim number is CL598199. Since 17 March 2017, and my car is still not fixed :(

Please advise - Chantal Willemse is being extremely rude. I am at the Ford now and they've now established that it's NOT the master cylinder.

Dear Mr Labuschagne

As discussed with you telephonically, your complaint regarding your panel beater’s quality of work was investigated. A second assessor was appointed and feedback was provided to you by the Claims Department. Your vehicle is currently at Ford for testing to establish if there is a problem with the brakes. We are treating this as a priority and will inform you of the results as soon as we receive them.

Regards
