Pay for Something You don’t Receive

The rating doesn’t deserve a 1 star!! The “after sales service” is shocking. We complain on a regular basis to no avail. We’re paying for a wireless connection, R899 for 10mbps but is receiving between 1-5mbps (IF we’re lucky). When you call to complain, no answer. When you WhatsApp to complain, you’re referred to the none existing support or receive pictures of their antenna capacity...They’re happy to tell you to cancel the contract, knowing very well that the area that they too reside in, lacks internet connectivity from other service providers. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!
