My deal could not be concluded thus far as a result of contractual wording. They have ceased all communication with me. There is also the matter of the reservation fee, which I can only hope will still be addressed. What started out as a great experience is not one now.

09 May 2024, 13:16Purchasing a property for investment purposes is a significant transaction. Therefor the agreement of sale(contract) should be in place to protect all parties involved. An agreement of sale is a legally binding document and unfortunately cannot be amended to tailor specific needs. However, we understand your frustration and assume that this matter has been resolved.
