Property ZZ has repeatedly made baseless and dishonest claims, refusing to acknowledge legally binding resolutions and terminations. Their actions demonstrate a blatant disregard for proper governance and the rule of law, making them an unreliable and ************* entity to work with.

Harassment and Unprofessional Conduct:

Members of our body corporate have been subjected to ongoing harassment by Property ZZ. Their aggressive and unprofessional behavior has created a hostile environment, further eroding any trust in their ability to conduct business ethically.

Financial Mismanagement and Refusal to Cooperate:

Property ZZ has failed to hand over critical financial records despite repeated requests. This lack of transparency raises serious concerns about their financial practices and accountability. A forensic audit is urgently needed to uncover potential mismanagement or *****ulent activities.

*****ulent Attempts to Assume Control:

Failure to Transfer Funds:

Since August 2024, Property ZZ has collected funds from members but has refused to transfer these funds into the legally recognized body corporate account. This withholding of funds is not only ********* but also *******, further demonstrating their lack of integrity.
