I had a fairly good experience with Charlene, she was very helpful from the word go up until the collection of my car. She updated me throughout and even assisted when my car had to be taken in again for a few minor errors in terms of repairs. Overall I was happy with the service and the repairs on my car, the only thing I would like Proline, Wynberg to improve on is the turnaround time, as I had to wait 2 months to get the car back.
