Good communication but not a good experience
I recently used Proline in Sandhurst and my car was being repaired after an accident. I fetched it two weeks later but after a check I have seen overspray and paint imperfections. I received frequent updates during the repair but I cannot say it was a great experience. I now have to return this car and endure additional costs in getting around.
