Excellent Customer Service and Communication

I had an incredible experience with Proline Express Sandhurst, who were recommended through my insurer Naked Insurance. Not only did I get consistent updates via sms and email, but Sandra also personally called each time to let me know exactly what was happening and to keep me updated on timing. The entire process was seamless from my perspective, from the morning I dropped the car off up until I was able to collect. The best part was that the workmanship was excellent and my car is now as good as new following the repairs.
