Dreadful quality of work

I have an Audi - this panel beater profess to be Audi approved, they are not (I confirmed this with Audi even though one of their staff said they were). They repaired my car at +/- R17,000 and the quality of their work was shocking, even after their supposed QA Department had completed their review. An independent assessment indicated that the work done was a disgrace and the quote received from a real Audi approved panel beater was R25,000. Yes R25,000 to fix an already repaired car. I refused to use them to fix their original work - why should I trust a company that can't get it right first time. My recommendation, don't use them
