Would not recommend

I booked my car in after having reversed it into a tree. At first, the service was incredible, regular updates on the progress of repairs - but then when I was told I could come to collect it two weeks later I was shocked at the quality of the paintwork, with bumps and paint runs and wobbles in the surface. They had even painted over a vinal sticker with clear paint. In addition to this, my boot which before opened smoothly was now only opening with force and effort. They asked me to book my car back in - which I did, I was told I would get it back that day, but after numerous follow-ups a week later it still wasn't ready. When I went to collect it for the second time, there were still issues with the paintwork and although they said they had improved the boot shocks they are now worse than ever - with the boot not even being able to stay open by itself. They have told me as shocks deteriorate over time and it is a 'he said she said' situation they are not accountable. Even though they also said that when the car is being 'baked' after being painted it can affect the shocks. They also told me that the boot was working much better - when it in fact had gotten incredibly worse.
