Been a pleasure dealing with Progenix. They handle orders & couriers oversight with care and follow up when they are informed you where not at home for the courier drop off. They also offer more insight than other companies about products which I was interested in.

All the products I have bought have been in excellent condition & have not given any problems even when I was sent a slightly different option of headphones (open vs Closed back) I received the correct product the next day with no hassle on my side besides informing of the mix up.
