Not the first order, but my first review, and not once has Progenix left anything customer service related to the imagination. They respond to questions faster than eskom can change loadshedding stages, dispatch stock faster than the government approved the vat hike, and slashed prices like we wished eskom would do with their tariffs. Amazing service: always friendly, always available to help. They deserve every single one of the stars.
