I've checked on your delivery and see that it was dispatched from JHB on the afternoon of 2 April and delivered to you in CPT on the morning of 4 April, so I'm not sure what was wrong with the courier service. Regardless, I would love to know so we can see what can be improved.
Please reach out to us when you have a chance so we can find out what was wrong, and how can can continue to improve above and beyond 5-stars :)
