Got the main product only

I would have given them a 5 star, because of these things:

- Quick delivery - Relatively quick responses - Great customer service - User-friendly website - Keeping the customers updated on their orders - Delivering goods that are not faulty - Ensuring that the customer is satisfied with their services

I really want to give them the 5 stars. Sadly, my order was half-delivered. I ordered both a laptop bag and a Acer Nitro V 15 gaming laptop, and I only got the gaming laptop. As for the bag, I am still wondering if it was delivered along with the laptop or perhaps it was mistakenly forgotten to be delivered.

For now, I can give them 4 stars because the laptop was successfully delivered and collected.

Do not get me wrong. Progenix is a good tech store to get the gadgets & components you need. All I am saying is that they should ensure that the entire order should be fully delivered and try to alert the customer of when their order is on its way or when it has arrived. That's all.
