Very impressed with the service I received from Progenix. Even though it was only a small item I purchased, they kept me up to speed via email with regards to the status of my order and even phoned me in person to find out what the issue was when I couldn't take delivery of the order from the courier because I was at work. My impressions are that these guys (and girls if there are any) provide a professional, friendly and efficient service to their customers and they will definitely be on my "go to first" list when I make my next purchase.
