Easy process and they stay in touch
So far a fantastic service, awaiting some thermal paste tomorrow as it is a bit strange that everything was not shipped together. But nonetheless I ordered over the long weekend.

The cooler could be sent first as it was something we had on hand, while the thermal paste wasn't on hand.
Due to the number of public holidays around now, the best way to get everything to you as quickly as possible was as two deliveries - the cooler from our offices to you, and then the thermal paste straight from the suppliers to you.
This is something we do from time to time, as the cost of a second delivery is nothing compared to having a happy customer :D
We look forward to dealing with you again in the future :)
