Communication with your customer is key
Not gonna lie, getting the wrong product was incredibly annoying at first
But the constant follow up from Jonathan and fighting with the Courier Guy for me was absolutely sensational. COMMUNICATION IS KEY. And Jonathan, you have nailed it. Got me a new product and sent it same day.
You have earned yourself a loyal client. I will gladly deal with you and Progenix going forward
