Was contacted in Feb 2026 by one of their sales agents who wanted to sign me up for a sim upgrade. I in turn said and I quote" let me discuss this with my wife first and I'll get back to you". They went ahead and did the upgrade against my say so. Last week when I called them, they were unable to provide me with evidence about the call. They said that the system show that I agreed. They also said that they would get back to me, which never happened. The voicenote has supposedly gone for scrutiny or so they told me. Thing is, how do you do things without the customers agreeing to it. I have no desire to extend my cellphone or Sim card contract.
