I discovered sharp pieces of wood inside a Pampers package. I have sent pictures and a video of the contents. While I appreciate the acknowledgment of my complaint and the gesture of a R400 discount voucher, I must express my profound disappointment with how this matter has been handled.

This issue is not merely an "unpleasant experience." It is a severe health and safety hazard that could have caused significant harm to my newborn baby or myself. As a mother, I am deeply disturbed by the thought of the thousands of other mothers and their babies who could be similarly affected if this issue is not addressed with the utmost urgency and seriousness.
