What a let-down after using their product so long

I bought Pantene's MOISTURE RENEWALV range. As you all know, they are not your cheapest supplier of hair care products, but apparently they are very cheap on keeping their customers happy, even though you have to put yourself out to afford their products. <br> I bought the whole range including the DEEP MOISTURE SOUFFL? which is ridiculously priced, but I thought since I want to fix my hair this should be a small price to pay. After the third use, their bottle kept on spraying its contents over my dressing table and carpets. I only noticed this after the whole bottle had been emptied on my floor when I got back from work. <br> I went to their customer complaints site and I have sent 4 x mails asking them to at least replace or refund their faulty product, but once they have you money they couldn't care less whether you are satisfied with their product or not, because after 4 mails over a month period I have yet to hear from them. Their website even sends you a reference code on the mail you sent, promising that they will get back to you SHORTLY.<br> What a let-down after using their product for so long.
