Very poor customer service from Pampers

Normally very happy with the Pampers nappies, but the last batch of size 6 pull ups we bought started leaking, the seal at the leg cuff came loose and the gel and urine leaked out, this actually happened a couple of times with nappies out of that pack. I contacted them on the 19th July 2020 and they have not made any effort to sort the issue out. They've asked for my details and the products details but that's about as far it it went. I constantly have to remind them about the issue but till today nobody has bothered to contact me and nothing has been done about the issue. Very poor customer service on their behalf. They are definitely more reactive that proactive regarding their customer service.
