Very Bad Service

Very Bad service, faulty OralB toothbrush that should have been collected at the store I phoned them on the 17 Feb 25 they were to collect 19th or 20th Feb 2025, till today 12 March 25 my toothbrush not collected. They claim that the courier did come to the store to collect but courier was not at the store. I have asked the front desk and the receiving department if a courier arrived for a collection but the answer was NO there was no courier. I even put the address on the email again for them incase the courier went to the wrong store. If you phone them the you are greeted with a rude attitude. Please do not do business with this company.
