It might not be your problem - but your distributors - Why am I not able to exchange a bad pack of kimbies at Shoprite - I explained to them that i am experiencing leaks from the sides and my son hasn't had the kimbie on for even 5 minutes when the pack promises a 12 hour. I went to shoprite pelican park and asked them to exchange the pack and they refuse to help me. said i should contact some toll - free number on the pack that i can never get through to. This is the second time this nonsense is happening. Please assist - as this is just not right- especially paying the price i do for your kimbies - i expect quality
