Unkept Promises

I have a 6 month old baby and have not used any other diapers but Pampers and feel very loyal to the brand, however I did come across a bad batch whereby the gel of the diapers were like rocks in the lining causing my baby much discomfort and even more so once the nappy swelled up.<br> <br> I called Procter and Gamble's customer service helpline in November last year regarding a packet of Pampers Diapers and explained the situation.<br> <br> I was then advised to keep at least 5 diapers which would be sent away for inspection and testing and that they will get someone to contact me regarding collection of the diapers from my house. They then sent out an email with a survey for me to rate how good their customer service is and at the time I was fooled because I still have not heard back from them.<br> <br> I tried a week later calling them again regarding collection of the diapers to which they again rep**** we are working on it and will call me back shortly, well guess what I'm still waiting with the bag of samples as advised. <br> <br> If I have no reply within the next three days I will be moving to another brand who will appreciate my loyalties a bit more....<br> <br> <br>
