Trust in Pampers Brand

I stockpiled Pampers nappies during my pregnancy and about the 2nd or 3rd pack into use I found a defective nappy which was obviously upsetting and a cause of panic as I had a cupboard full of pampers and most probably no receipts as I bought these months ago. I contacted P&G and I was happy with the way the handled it. I was compensated for the defective product which restored my trust in the brand.
