Super wet and upset Mom

<p>I've contacted Pampers to let them know that the quality of their nappies are seriously going down. Supposed to keep your baby dry for up to 12 hours but after just 5 hours during the night I wake up to my sons chest and tummy soaking wet. Their response to me is that Pampers promise is to keep babies skin dry for up to 12 hours I'm confused but whats the point of his bum's skin is dry if the rest of his body is soaking wet or when during the day nappy hasn't even been on for two hours but pee just comes running down his leg on me. How can that be quality. They ask me a whole series of questions which I promptly respond to with all the info required to hear nothing for two days then for them to respond with a survey after not doing a thing to resolve my issue. They then responded asking the same series of questions and then no response it's been two weeks now. Worst part is I have a whole box and I've had issues with so many of them I don't even want to finish the pack. They are supposed to be the best. What's happening????</p>
