Proctor & Gamble, all sales no after sales

No surprise that Proctor and Gamble is a company that does not reply. Kind of sums up their entire business model.<br> <br> P&G distribute Braun shavers, epilators etc in RSA<br> <br> Just a warning to anyone contemplating a Braun shaver, epilator, toothbrush etc, AVOID Braun completely.<br> <br> They have a sales presence and that's it. No after sales person at all. A full day of phoning around got me nowhere. No spares, no parts anything can be obtained in RSA. All they do is the sales. One person I spoke to said \Just get another new one". Yes sure"
