Problem with change in formula/contents of Vicks VapoRub

The composition of Vicks VapoRub had changed. The previous Vicks with Menthol in worked very well for congestion. This week we bought new "Vicks VapoRub" at 3 different shops (2 x Retailers and one Chemist) and found that the formula/contents in the "new" Vicks does not contain the critical menthol as in the previous batches. The smell of the "new" Vicks smells more like eucalyptus oil compared to the strong menthol in the previous batches. When using the "new" Vicks it was found to have LOST the effectiveness of the menthol Vicks. Can we please understand what has happened to the formula/contents of Vicks VapoRub? Per the Retailers and Chemist's we can only get the "new" Vicks. Unfortunately if we cannot obtain the original strong menthol Vicks we will stop buying Vicks and will have to find another product.
