Poor quality products

Good day, I logged a complaint on the p&g website more than three weeks ago regarding the pampers premium nappies I have been using for my new born. The straps tend to split and I experienced this with my second pack of jumbo napies as well. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the product as it is the most expensive nappy on the market and even more disappointed in p&g for the poor response.
