Poor Quality and No Refund or Replacement Policy

Title: Pampers – No Refund or Replacement Policy for Faulty Products

I bought 4 packs of Pampers Premium care pants and 3 packs had leakage issues, havent opened the 4th pack. I contacted their support team expecting a refund or replacement, but was shocked to learn that Pampers doesn’t offer either — no matter the fault.

They only gave me a R300 "courtrsey" voucher , which doesn’t cover the cost, and told me to return the sealed pack to the store myself.

I’m disappointed that such a well-known brand refuses to take proper responsibility for faulty products. Pampers, parents deserve better.
