Poor Quality

I have purchased 3 packets of pampers active nappies that I cant return to the shop as I dont have a receipt as the nappies keep breaking open and the gel keeps falling out if the nappy and its not fully soiled? The shop wont return them so what must I do with 3 sealed bags of nappies that I am not happy with. Please provide a solution for this fault, As I have wasted money on nappies that are not reliable!
