Poor Pampers Quality

logged a complaint about nappies that I bought. the seems was opening and quality was very bad. sent through the the information that the call centre required. according to them the code on the side of the pack was for a single pack, I had purchased a box. Their feedback is we will reimburse you for the box only R200. They not taking g into consideration that I used my data to send them the information and pictures that they required or the fact that I had to do extra laundry since the nappies where leaking. Will definitely be switching to huggies or another brand and will also be spreading the word on Pampers poor quality and custom service.
