Poor pampers premium qualiy

So i opened a new pack of my pampers premium and noticed that the first nappy has no yellow indicator line nor did it turn blue when my son's nappy was changed. I thought it was just the 1st nappy so i just changed him into a new nappy and still no indicator line, please let me know how i can have these exchanged for ones without a factory fault.
