Paying for Quality

<p>When paying for quality I actually expect quality doesn't seem to be the case with pampers.Been using pampers premium care with both my children however presently don't know if the pack I bought was a reject or what? firstly found one diaper where the lining is burned and the other one the sticky patch is gone ...this is really disappointing :-(</p>
