Inferior nozzle causes huge wastage<br> <br> I have been a Pantene PRO-V customer for more than 25 years and I really endorse its products. However, I am extremely annoyed with the inferior quality of the nozzle of the Deep Moisture Souffle, it causes an enormous amount of wastage. I initially thought it was a problem with a specific batch but it seems that they all have the same problem. After I use the bottle, the moisturiser keeps leaking. I have persevered with this problem but the wastage is so immense that I cannot afford to continue to use this product anymore. It is totally unacceptable that Pantene uses an inferior nozzle on its products, surely your quality assurance team should have picked up and rectified this problem a long time ago.
