Pantene Conditioner too viscous

My wife bought 750ml containers of shampoo and conditioner at PnP in Oct 2022. We use the products but never bought the larger versions. Using the conditioner requires a strongman to release the content.likely a manufacturing issue. The batch is *** L12 Orod: 09/21
