Pampers Stickers not Strong enough

I am very dissapointed at the quality of your pamper diapers i have a 3 year old and 7 month old and have always trusted this brand but the same thing keeps on happening to me and now with my 7month old it has happend more than once. The sticker which one uses to secure diaper keeps on tearing I have two broken diapers i cannot use and its not the 1st time it has happend my baby girl is on size 3 and every month i purchase a Giant pack for her as well as my son as his not potty trained yet. I am very sceptical and really do not want to change to any other brand as Pampers keeps my kids dryer for longer. I think that this should definetly be looked into.
