PAMPERS RESPONSIBLE FOR MY BABY BOY BAD RASH

Good day<br> <br> I bought 2 boxes of the Pampers Active baby nappies which cost me R329 per box. Because it was Pampers I didn't mind as I thought it was the best nappy for my baby. Regrettably it ended up being so bad for my son, it caused such a bad nappy rash on his bum and even on his ******** . He went through so many nappies a day, it leaked, caused a clear white residue on his ******** and bum area. I would spend many nights awake with him as he would be uncomfortable and would want to scratch the area , now imagine me not getting any sleep at night and having to stand up the next morning for work. It really broke my heart as a mother to see my son in such agony. He is still in the process of getting rid of this rash ,I had to purchase an expensive ointment to aid the healing process. I am so close to going to the newspapers with this issue. Please also find attached the bar codes of both boxes bought.<br> <br> Please assist<br> <br> Thank you
